Co-founder and Group Chief executive officer

Desmond is a veteran entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in business investment and management in Southeast Asia & China market. His early years in managing his family business set out a good foundation for his entrepreneurial skills in recognizing quality commercial potential, organize capital, talents and resources to achieve business viability and success.

Over the past years, he had accumulated valuable business and government connections, vast international and local sales network, strong sourcing and distribution capabilities within the region which value add greatly, and help shaped the unique business and revenue model of our company.

Eunice is a proven entrepreneur with more than 30 years of business and financial management skills marked by progressive value creation for her family business, Kian Soon Pte Ltd., which was an established trading and distribution company in agricultural products, animal feeds and farming fertilisers, with a long-standing clientele base within the region for more than 50 years.


We are a regional company with our business HQ based in Singapore. As such, effective and efficient central office management is key to the success of our business operation. Leveraged on Eunice’s past successful management skills, she overlooks the management of our HQ central management office which covers day-to-day operation that span across Finance, HR & Admin, procurement and logistics departments.
